I am Eva Enns, the baker, writer, recipe developer, photographer and videographer for everything you see here on my Website! I’m here to inspire you to get in your kitchen and bake and create something beautiful and delicious!
I love decorating cakes with Whipped Cream. Sharing the Tips and Tricks I have learned over the years on my Youtube Channel, is something I really enjoy! I have gotten sooooo many request for my recipes ever since I started sharing Cake Decorating Tutorials on my Youtube channel. Especially my filling recipes and that is how this website came to be! I finally decided it is time to start sharing some recipes. And share not only how to decorate a beautiful cake but also share delicious fool-proof recipes that you can make!
I believe that the simplest recipes can also be the most delicious! So that is what you will find here! Simple cake recipes and of course we can’t forget the puddings! You will also find helpful Cake Decorating Tips here. I might even share some other, non-cake related favorite baking recipes for you all to try out!
About
Ever since I was a little girl I admired the cakes other people would make and wish that I would also be able to do so. Then when I was 15 I had the chance to take a Cake Decorating Class and I was sooo excited to get signed up and finally learn to decorate cakes myself!!
My goal was and is, always to make the most delicious yet beautiful cakes! I didn’t want to have one without the other! I believe cakes shouldn’t just be beautiful masterpieces, they also need to taste the best! For me that means decorating them with Whipped Cream! As I find that to be the most delicious frosting anyone could ever have on a cake! (I’m sure there are people thinking otherwise but that’s ok! The world would be pretty boring if we all liked the same things!) And of course every cake also needs a delicious Filling in between the cake layers!
How I got started
This online cake sharing “thing” started back in 2017 when I just got married to the most wonderful husband! Who was and still is my biggest supporter and without his encouragement I probably never would have started my Youtube Channel.
As a recently married lady there is certainly a lot of free time and after giving it a lot of thought, being the “thinker” that I am, I shared my first Video ever!
My Youtube Channel has grown much larger than I ever imagined with over 500,000 viewers every month! We just passed 200,000 subscribers a while back! I am so thankful for each and every one that stops by!
I’ve always found Cake Decorating to be a way to let out my Creativity! I rarely make the same cake twice! I love designing new fun cakes and then see my vision all come together with the finished cake!
My goal with Baking with Eva is for you to discover and really fall in love with baking and decorating and find many new favorite recipes your family will love.
